Juggs ‘n Bees Pool Party

Game 1; Gio Gonzalez vs Bumgarner; Juggs get 2 run triple by Judge in 2nd and Taylor sac flies Judge to make it 3 zip, Bees lead off 7th with a walk and Cozart hits 2 run HR, with 2 outs and Hosmer on first Upton hits a 2 run HR two walks follow and a Beltre single scores another and Bees hold on to win 5-3

Game 2; Davis vs Hendricks; Juggs score 2 runs in 5th and 2 runs in 6th, Bees get a lead off HR by Yelich in 6th and score a second run in the inning, Juggs hit 2 run HR by Judge in 8th and win it 6-2

Game 3; Chacin vs Ray; Bees get a rbi single by Cano in 2nd and with 2 on Zunino follows with a 3 run HR, Bees score single runs in 4th and 5th, Juggs send 8 batters to plate and score 3 runs in 6th but then bats went silent and Bees win it 6-3

Lymebees record at 25-14 looking to schedule Speakers, Lemonheads and Plague to finish out second period.

2018 Second Quarter

Both Managers Label Teams “Pathetic”

Game 1:  Heads 4  Speakers 3  17-innings

A walk-off JT Realmuto solo blast in the 17th inning wins it.  Matt Harvey was elected to eat it.

Game 2:  Speakers 8  Heads 2

Chase Anderson tosses a 2-hitter but loses the shutout in the 9th on a Toy Story 2-run homer.  A 3-run 4th and 4-run 6th lead the Speakers as Merrifield and Rizzo homer.

Game 3:  Speakers 4  Heads 2  16innings

A Rendon 2-run HR in the top of the 16th wins it as Cishek’s art imitated life late in the evening.

A frustrating series for both managers that was either made palpable or further enraged by some potent beers and pizza….

Team stats are absolutely pathetic.

Bees Outpace Speakers

Game 1; Montgomery vs Snell; Bees get a 2 out rbi single by Arcia in 2nd and in 3rd Braun gets a 2 out single that score 1 run followed b a 2 run double by Travis, Bryant get a 2 run HR in 6th for Speakers, Bees score 2 run in 7th with 2 out, Speakers get 2 run HR by Bellinger in 8th and that’s would be the final score. Bees win 6-4

Game 2; Arrieta vs Ray; All Bees in this one as Bees score 2 runs in 1st on a 2 run Olson HR, solo HR by Olson in 3rd, 2 run in 6th and both pitchers go the distance with Ray allow just 1 hit and 3 walks. Bees win 5-0

Game 3; Martinez vs Gray; Bees get 2 run HR by Braun in 1st, Speakers get 1 run in 3rd, 1 run in 5th and 2 run in 6th, Bees get 2 runs in bottom of 5th on Braun’s second HR and with game tied in 9th Speakers get the go ahead run and win the game 5-4

Lymebees record at 16-11 and ready to schedule more games.

2018 Eliminators through 21 Games

Couple of quick stats. Despite being 6-15, I am outrolling my opponents .330/.325. However, I have lost 81 hits (34.5%) to only taken away 56 hits (23.5%). That really is no surprise with my SP.

Teams have rolled 52 HR’s against me while I have only rolled 34. The majority of that defecit occurred in one series when the Stars out homered the Eliminators 14-3.

Betances, Bradley, and Edwards have pitched 20 IP combined 19 ER and none of them have an ERA lower than 7.71.
